Location is very important to us and all homes in the Court Group are set in delightful South Devon seaside towns or villages. All our homes are classed as residential. Our homes are maintained to a high standard. All rooms comply with regulations sizes. They are light spacious and very comfortable. In the main our residents enjoy single room accommodation, although there are a few twin bed companion rooms for those who want to share. Most rooms have en-suite facilities and all are centrally heated, have television points provided and are fitted with full nurse-call safety alarms. The majority of rooms are on the ground floor level, and for those on the first floor, passenger lifts or chair lifts are provided. All bathrooms and showers are fitted with supports and in each home there is a fully equipped ‘assisted’ bathroom and shower for the infirm. Naturally, comfortably lounges, dining rooms and social areas are provided but a resident is free to choose whether to use these or remain in their own private room. Also, our gardens incorporate walks, benches and seats.
